Honestly no we haven't, unfortunatly while I love that style shirt I don't think theyare readily available or popular with the vast majority of bowlers, as you also know the days of bowling shirts has all but vanished, and those who do will usually buy an inexpensive collared shirt that can be silk screen printed for under $20
But if someone could market a Nastalgic Shirt league and get some of those great shirts worn on 2 & half men it could be a good fun league concept. Be great to call it a "Charlie Harper" league but think that might have a negative impact right now.
of course everything goes to the cost of the shirts,
